Students’ Mathematical Reasoning Skills in Solving Mathematical Problems

Mathematical material will be easily understood through reasoning and that skills can trained mathematics learning. However, there are still many students who do not have good skills. This study aims to analyses the mathematical of class XI Senior High School on trigonometry in solving problems. research is a qualitative descriptive study. The participants this were 2 students, namely student 1 (S1) (S2) selected by purposive sampling. instruments used explore skill written tests interviews. Triangulation method was employed validate data. results showed S1 able meet indicator proposing conjectures, predicting answers solution process, performing manipulation concluding sentences at end completion.
